Adakan RUPST, Bank MAS Laporkan Peningkatan Laba Mencapai Rp 213,13 Miliar
JAKARTA – PT Bank Multi Arta Sentosa (MAS) Tbk (Peseroan) sukses melaksanakan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST), Senin (09/05/2022). Dalam RUPST dipaparkan, selama tahun 2021 Bank MAS menunjukkan kinerja keuangan yang baik, serta pertumbuhan yang sehat.
Bank MAS membukukan peningkatan laba sebesar 96,99% atau mencapai Rp 213,13 miliar yang didorong oleh peningkatan pendapatan bunga bersih meningkat sebesar 39% serta ditambah dengan peningkatan dari pendapatan operasional lainnya sebesar 192% dan beban operasional meningkat 9%.
“Bank MAS juga mencatatkan pertumbuhan DPK sebesar sebesar 4,44% yaitu menjadi Rp 20,17 triliun dari Rp 19,32 triliun pada tahun sebelumnya. Ini ditopang dari pertumbuhan tabungan sebesar 43,09% mencapai Rp 1,60 triliun, deposito tumbuh sebesar 4,62% mencapai Rp 13,47 triliun dan giro sedikit menurun 4,07% menjadi Rp 5,11 triliun. Pertumbuhan tabungan ini ditopang dari layanan digital di mana Bank MAS mulai menawarkan online onboarding, pembukaan rekening secara digital tanpa nasabah datang ke cabang,” papar Direktur Utama Bank MAS Danny Hartono, usai RUPST.
Danny melanjutkan, Bank MAS juga berhasil mencatatkan pertumbuhan penyaluran kredit sebesar sebesar 5,31% dari sebelumnya Rp 7,49 triliun menjadi Rp 7,88 triliun. Dalam memberikan kredit Bank MAS tetap mengutamakan prinsip kehati-hatian. NPL Bank MAS juga membaik, rasio NPL Net di tahun 2021 menjadi 0,51% dibandingkan tahun 2020 dengan rasio 1,90%. Sedangkan untuk Rasio NPL gross sebesar 2,48% di tahun 2021 dibandingkan dengan 3,66% NPL gross di tahun 2020.
Ia menambahkan, bank mampu menjaga kecukupan modal (Capital Adequacy Ratio – CAR) di akhir tahun 2021 mencapai 26,42% di atas level yang disyaratkan regulator. Sedangkan untuk Rasio BOPO sebesar 78,68%.
“Fokus Bank MAS tahun 2022 adalah memperkuat stuktur permodalan sesuai dengan ketentuan regulator bertujuan agar Bank dapat bertumbuh secara sehat dengan penukaran warrant yang diberikan saat IPO. Kami juga terus mengakselerasi pengembangan platform digital yang sudah dimiliki Bank MAS untuk memperluas akuisisi nasabah melalui inovasi produk pinjaman dan simpanan, serta mendukung pengembangan usaha nasabah melalui peningkatan volume kredit,“ tegas Danny.
Adapun hasil RUPST menyetujui laporan tahunan dan pengesahan laporan keuangan Perseroan untuk tahun buku yang berakhir pada 31 Desember 2021. Selain itu, RUPST juga menetapkan penggunaan laba bersih perseroan untuk tahun buku 2021 sebesar Rp 213 miliar yang digunakan untuk pembentukan dana cadangan wajib, sisa laba untuk penguatan modal, serta ditetapkan tidak ada pembagian dividen.
Selain itu, juga dilakukan pemaparan laporan realisasi penggunaan dana hasil penawaran umum perdana saham PT Bank MAS Tbk tahun 2021. Pada kesempatan itu, dewan komisaris menunjuk Kantor Akuntan Publik yang terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) yang akan memeriksa laporan keuangan perseroan untuk tahun buku yang berakhir pada 31 Desember 2022, serta penetapan besarnya gaji dan/atau honorium, tunjangan, dan/atau bonus bagi anggota dewan komisaris dan direksi perseroan.
Saat RUPST juga dilakukan perubahan susunan pengurus perseroan, yakni pengangkatan Rahmat Bagas Santoso selaku direktur perseroan, yang berlaku efektif sejak tanggal OJK memberikan persetujuan terhadap pengangkatan tersebut, dan pengunduran diri Nurjani Djunaedi, terhitung sejak 31 Mei 2022.(****)
