Empat Tahun Berturut-turut, UGM Raih Predikat Informatif Anugerah KIP
YOGYAKARTA – Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) kembali meraih predikat Badan Publik Informatif dari Komisi Informasi Pusat Republik Indonesia (KIP RI). Tahun 2022 ini menjadi tahun ke-4 bagi UGM meraih predikat Badan Publik Informatif dengan skor 99,20.
Anugerah Keterbukaan Informasi Publik menjadi bentuk apresiasi bagi badan publik menjaga komitmennya di bidang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik, serta sebagai pengumuman dan pertanggungjawaban kepada publik, penyampaian kondisi keterbukaan informasi publik badan publik di Indonesia.
Penyerahan anugerah bagi UGM diberikan Menteri Koordinator Bidang Politik, Hukum, dan Keamanan Republik Indonesia Prof Dr Mohammad Mahfud MD SH SU MIP didampingi seluruh Komisioner KIP kepada Wirastuti Widyatmanti SSi PhD, selaku Pejabat Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumentasi (PPID) Utama UGM di Grand Ballroom Hotel Atria Serpong Tangerang, Rabu (14/12/2022).
Ketua KIP RI Donny Yusgiantoro berharap, partisipasi publik terus tumbuh di Indonesia. “Penganugerahan Keterbukaan Informasi Publik ini diharapkan tidak hanya meningkatnya partisipasi badan publik saja. Lebih dari itu, tumbuhnya partisipasi publik yang akhirnya mendukung ketahanan nasional dan pertahanan negara kita,” tegas Donny.
Target badan publik informatif tahun ini melebihi Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Nasional (RPJMN), yaitu sebanyak 122 badan publik dengan kategori informatif.
Komisioner KIP RI mengapresiasi badan publik informatif dan berharap terus meningkatkan serta menularkan kepada badan publik lainnya.
Sementara itu, Pejabat Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumentasi (PPID) Utama UGM Wirastuti Widyatmanti memaparkan, predikat tersebut bisa diraih berkat kerja keras tim serta kolaborasi internal dan eksternal dalam melaksanakan amanat UU Nomor 14 Tahun 2008 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik.
“Kita bersyukur yang tak terhingga, tahun 2022 ini UGM kembali meraih predikat tertinggi, yaitu informatif untuk kategori perguruan tinggi. Capaian ini merupakan hasil kerja keras sekaligus menjadikan tanggung jawab bagi UGM untuk terus melaksanakan amanah UU KIP serta berkontribusi dalam penyebarluasan semangat keterbukaan informasi ini,” tegas Wirastuti.
Ia menjelaskan, capaian tersebut tidak terlepas dari komitmen pimpinan universitas yang secara estafet mendukung kebijakan, menguatkan sinergi internal, dan eksternal untuk pengelolaan keterbukaan informasi publik yang lebih baik.
“Tanpa adanya sinergi antar-unit kerja, pengembangan layanan informasi publik yang mudah, cepat, tepat, dan inklusif tidak akan tercapai. Kita terus berupaya memberikan layanan terbaik bagi seluruh pemangku kepentingan,” paparnya.
Wirastuti menegaskan, beberapa terobosan yang terus didorong dalam mengoptimalkan akses informasi publik secara cepat dan tepat. Seperti, layanan daring, digital melalui media sosial, website, maupun aplikasi android lainnya.(****)
