Layanan Kartu Kredit Makin Lengkap, Bank Mandiri Luncurkan Fitur Tarik Tunai dan Bayar QRIS dari Limit Kartu Kredit di Livin’

JAKARTA – Bank Mandiri semakin aktif memacu layanan pada Super App Livin’ by Mandiri untuk terus memanjakan nasabah. Terbaru, Bank Mandiri menambahkan fitur Power Cash atau tarik tunai dari kartu kredit untuk nasabah terpilih serta pembayaran QRIS dengan sumber dana kartu kredit melalui Livin’ by Mandiri.

Direktur Information Technology Bank Mandiri, Timothy Utama menjelaskan, penambahan fitur ini dilakukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan transaksi dan finansial nasabah serta melengkapi kemudahan aplikasi andalan perseroan.

“Bank Mandiri selalu tanggap terhadap perkembangan kebutuhan nasabah akan solusi perbankan yang bisa langsung memudahkan keseharian nasabah,” ungkapnya dalam keterangan tertulisnya, Senin(19/12/2022).

Melalui inovasi ini lanjut Timothy, nasabah dapat dengan mudah mengelola kartu kredit secara langsung dari aplikasi. Tidak hanya itu, dengan kehadiran dua fitur ini pengguna Livin’ by Mandiri juga dapat lebih leluasa mengatur arus kas.

Sebabnya, fitur ini dapat memungkinkan nasabah pemegang Mandiri Kartu Kredit untuk melakukan penarikan dana tunai ke rekening tabungan nasabah dari sisa limit kartu kredit yang dimiliki. Nasabah dapat menarik hingga 50% dari sisa limit kartu kredit atau maksimal Rp 500 juta.

Selain itu, transaksi nasabah juga lebih dimudahkan dengan pembayaran QRIS menggunakan Mandiri Kartu Kredit. Pengguna Livin’ bisa dengan praktis melakukan pembayaran melalui scan QR yang sudah terstandardisasi QRIS di lebih dari 21 juta merchant di Indonesia. Fitur QRIS kartu kredit ini juga melengkapi layanan transaksi di Livin’ by Mandiri dari yang sebelumnya hanya bisa menggunakan saldo di rekening tabungan sebagai sumber dana.

“QR Payment di Livin’ by Mandiri jadi salah satu fitur yang paling banyak digunakan nasabah. Untuk semakin memudahkan nasabah, kami melengkapi QR Payment dengan pilihan kartu kredit sebagai sumber dana. Jadi nasabah bisa bayar QRIS dimanapun dengan bebas memilih antara tabungan atau kartu kredit. Cash easy, cashless juga easy pakai Livin’,” imbuh Tim, begitu Timothy biasa disapa.

Melalui tambahan fitur anyar ini, bank bersandi bursa BMRI ini berharap tren pertumbuhan kartu kredit Bank Mandiri dapat terus meningkat. Apalagi, saat ini pertumbuhan transaksi kartu kredit di Indonesia terus ekspansif yang selaras dengan tren belanja masyarakat yang membaik.

“Kami berharap dengan penambahan fitur pada Livin’ by Mandiri ini akan semakin memudahkan nasabah dalam melakukan transaksi belanja dengan Mandiri Kartu Kredit. Hal ini juga merupakan bentuk dukungan penuh Bank Mandiri terhadap inisiatif QRIS sebagai bagian dari Blueprint Sistem Pembayaran 2025 yang dicanangkan oleh Bank Indonesia,” lanjut Tim.

Sebagai informasi, sampai dengan akhir November 2022 total volume transaksi kartu kredit Bank Mandiri telah tumbuh 32,3% secara Year on Year. Sementara itu, sampai dengan November 2022 tercatat Livin’ by Mandiri sudah diunduh lebih dari 20 juta kali dengan total transaksi melebihi 1,7 miliar transaksi dengan nilai transaksi menembus Rp 2,100 triliun.
