Bank Muamalat Pacu Pembiayaan Konsumer bagi Aparatur Sipil Negara
JAKARTA – PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk memacu bisnis pembiayaan di segmen konsumer yang ditujukan kepada Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN). Penunjukan pionir bank syariah di Tanah Air ini sebagai Bank Penyalur Gaji (BPG) menjadi pintu masuk.
Direktur Utama Bank Muamalat Indra Falatehan mengatakan, Bank Muamalat telah resmi ditunjuk sebagai BPG berdasarkan Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Perbendaharaan Kementerian Keuangan Nomor 50 tanggal 16 Juni 2023. Dengan penunjukan tersebut, Bank Muamalat bisa menjalin kerja sama serta memberikan layanan penyaluran gaji dan fasilitas perbankan bagi ASN di lingkup instansi milik negara.
“Dengan Bank Muamalat mendapat kepercayaan sebagai BPG, kini ASN memiliki opsi layanan perbankan syariah yang lebih variatif. Dengan jumlah ASN di Indonesia yang cukup besar, kami akan mengoptimalkan potensi ini untuk memberikan benefit kepada ASN lewat produk dan layanan yang kami miliki,” janji Indra, Selasa (19/9/2023).
Indra meneruskan, setelah memiliki rekening gaji di Bank Muamalat, selanjutnya ASN akan memiliki kesempatan untuk mendapatkan pembiayaan di bank pertama murni syariah ini. Di antaranya, pembiayaan kepemilikan rumah (KPR), multiguna, hingga pembiayaan haji khusus dan umrah (Prohajj Plus).
Strategi Bisnis
Dalam menggenjot bisnis pembiayaan konsumer, Bank Muamalat telah menyiapkan sejumlah strategi. Di antaranya, menginisiasi Muamalat Associate Program (MAP) yang dikhususkan bagi segmentasi tersebut. Bank yang beroperasi sejak tahun 1992 ini juga melakukan shifting dan reskilling karyawan kantor pusat Bank Muamalat menjadi Relationship Manager (RM) dalam melayani nasabah konsumer.
Selain itu, Bank Muamalat juga menaikkan status Kantor Kas (KK) menjadi Kantor Cabang Pembantu (KCP). Konversi ini dilakukan agar penetrasi bisnis pembiayaan semakin luas dan maksimal.
“Dengan naik status menjadi KCP maka kantor cabang tersebut sudah dapat memberikan fasilitas financing, dibandingkan dengan status KK yang fungsinya terbatas pada funding,” imbuhnya.
Sebelumnya, Bank Muamalat telah membangun Consumer Processing Center (CPC) di enam kota. Yakni, di Jakarta, Bandung, Medan, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, dan Makassar. Adanya CPC ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemenuhan Service Level Agreement (SLA) yang pada akhirnya akan mempercepat proses pengajuan pembiayaan dengan tetap memastikan kualitas yang baik.(****)
