Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Cabut Izin Usaha PT Staco Estika Sedaya Finance

JAKARTA – Izin usaha milik PT Staco Estika Sedaya Finance dicabut Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). Keputusan ini sesuai Keputusan Dewan Komisioner OJK Nomor KEP-17/D.05/2021 tanggal 6 April 2021. Hanya, regulator tidak mengungkapkan alasan pencabutan izin tersebut.

“Pencabutan izin usaha ini berlaku sejak Surat Keputusan Dewan Komisioner OJK pada tanggal ditetapkan,” kata Deputi Komisioner Pengawas IKNB I OJK Anggar Budhi Nuraini, Selasa (20/04/2021).

Begitu izin usaha dicabut, otomatis perusahaan dilarang melakukan kegiatan usaha di bidang Perusahaan Pembiayaan dan diwajibkan menyelesaikan hak dan kewajiban sesuai ketentuan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Yaitu, perusahaan harus menyelesaikan hak dan kewajiban debitur dan kreditur. Berikutnya, memberikan informasi secara jelas kepada mereka mengenai mekanisme penyelesaian hak dan kewajiban.

“Harus menyediakan pusat informasi dan pengaduan nasabah di internal perusahaan,” papar Anggar.

Selain itu, sesuai ketentuan Pasal 112 POJK Nomor 47/POJK.05/2020 tentang Perizinan Usaha dan Kelembagaan Perusahaan Pembiayaan, perusahaan yang dicabut izin usahanya dilarang untuk menggunakan kata finance, pembiayaan, atau yang mencirikan lembaga pembiayaan. Sebagaimana diketahui, perusahaan tersebut memiliki alamat di Jalan TB. Simatupang Kavling. 90, RT. 001 RW. 002, Kelurahan Tanjung Barat, Kecamatan Jagakarsa, Jakarta Selatan.(****)
