Kadin Indonesia dan BKPM Teken Kerja Sama Penanaman Modal
JAKARTA – Kementerian Investasi/Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal (BKPM) melakukan kerja sama dengan Kamar Dagang dan Industri (Kadin) Indonesia mengenai bidang penanaman modal. Nota kesepahaman (MoU) tersebut ditandatangani Menteri Investasi/Kepala BKPM Bahlil Lahadalia dan Ketua Umum Kadin Indonesia Arsjad Rasjid di Jakarta, Jumat (27/08/2021).
Ketua Kadin Indonesia Arsjad Rasjid mengatakan, kerja sama tersebut untuk meningkatkan penanaman modal di Indonesia. Menurutnya, meningkatnya penanaman modal akan memperluas lapangan kerja, yang akan berdampak pada penurunan angka kemiskinan.
MoU tersebut selaras dengan Undang-Undang, yang mengamanatkan Kadin sebagai kemitraan pemerintah.
“Harapannya nota kesepahaman ini dapat mengakselerasi banyak hal yang dapat meningkatkan penanaman modal, memperluas lapangan kerja. Pada akhirnya menumbuhkan perekonomian nasional dan mengurangi kemiskinan di Indonesia,” tegas Arsjad, usai acara.
Ditambahkan Arsjad, nota kesepahaman ini merupakan lanjutan serta penyempurnaan dari nota kesepahaman antara BKPM dan Kadin Indonesia yang terjalin sejak tahun 2016 . karenanya, ia berharap nota kesepahaman tersebut mencakup banyak hal yang diperlukan bagi sinergi dan kolaborasi antara Kementerian Investasi/BKPM dengan Kadin Indonesia.
“Ini adalah adendum ataupun lebih lanjut bagaimana program kerja sama antara Kadin Indonesia dan BKPM yang sekarang Kementerian Investasi/BKPM bisa berlanjut dan lebih mengarah,” katanya.
Dalam MoU, beberapa hal yang disepakati. Di antaranya, pertukaran data dan informasi terkait berbagai peluang investasi, baik di pusat terutama di daerah, penyelenggaran promosi bersama (joint promotion), baik yang sifatnya offline maupun online, serta fasilitasi dari Kementerian Investasi bagi calon investor baik dari luar maupun dalam negeri, terkait kebutuhan konsultasi, pendampingan mendapatkan perizinan dan pendampingan penyelesaian berbagai isu serta terkait dengan online single submission (OSS) berbasis risiko, termasuk dalam hal monitoring dan evaluasinya.
Selanjutnya, berkaitan dengan fasilitasi peluang-peluang investasi dari dalam ke luar negeri, dan fasilitasi kerja sama antara investor dari luar dengan investor dalam negeri serta pelaku usaha lokal, dalam berbagai bentuk seperti seminar, pameran, forum bisnis, kunjugan bisnis dan sejenisnya.
“Dalam MOU ini juga kita sepakat untuk adanya kerja sama dalam hal perencanaan yakni misalnya penentuan prioritas, apakah itu sektor industri atau pun wilayah,” ungkap Arsjad.
Di samping itu, Kadin Indonesia dan Kementerian Investasi/BKPM juga akan terus bekerja sama dalam hal pendidikan dan pelatihan terkait capacity building dari para pelaku usaha tanah air.
