JAKARTA – PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk kembali masuk daftar World’s Best Banks 2022 yang dirilis media ekonomi internasional Forbes. Dari laman Forbes, Bank Mandiri masuk ke dalam urutan tiga besar untuk kategori bank di Indonesia.

Analisa yang dilakukan Forbes pada 45.000 pelanggan dari 27 negara Indonesia secara umum menggarisbawahi poin penilaian. Mulai dari kepercayaan pelanggan, biaya, layanan digital, dan saran terkait keuangan ini.

Direktur Hubungan Kelembagaan Bank Mandiri Rohan Hafas mengapresiasi penilaian yang diberikan Forbes. Menurutnya, semua itu menjadi bukti pengakuan atas perbaikan kinerja, dan optimalisasi layanan, serta transformasi digital Bank Mandiri dalam memberikan layanan terbaik bagi nasabah dan masyarakat.

“Masuknya Bank Mandiri sebagai salah satu bank terbaik ke dalam World’s Best Banks 2022 tentu menjadi motivasi kami dalam meningkatkan layanan agar menjadi mitra finansial utama pilihan nasabah,” tegas Rohan, Selasa (19/04/2022).
