Bank Mandiri Latih Fasilitator Rumah BUMN Sebagai Komitmen Mendorong Pelaku UMKM
BALI – Komitmen Bank Mandiri terhadap para pelaku usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) direalisasikan dengan mendukung pengembangan para pelaku usaha. Salah satunya lewat inisiatif kegiatan pembinaan fasilitator Rumah BUMN (RB) Bank Mandiri yang menjadi bagian dari Program Tanggung Jawab Sosial Lingkungan (TJSL). Semuanya dilakukan dalam rangka memperkokoh wadah pengembangan UMKM di wilayah kerja perseroan.
Bank yang tergabung Himbara (Himpunan Bank Negara) ini melakukan pelatihan yang bertema “Facilitator Development Journey.” Kegiatan sejak Kamis (2/6/2022) hingga Sabtu (4/6/2022) ini, diikuti 34 fasilitator dari 22 Rumah BUMN di Sanur, Bali.
“Lewat pelatihan ini, para fasilitator yang tersebar dari seluruh Indonesia akan berkumpul dan mendapat pelatihan dari Situ Learning Group dengan pokok pembahasan yaitu Growth Mindset, Social Entrepreneurship, Time and Priority Management, serta Communication and Social Media Skills,” jelas Corporate Secretary Bank Mandiri Rudi As Aturridha, di Bali, Kamis (2/5/2022).
Ia meneruskan, dengan pelatihan tersebut, Bank Mandiri berharap bisa meningkatkan kemampuan serta keterampilan para fasilitator dalam memfasilitasi kebutuhan UMKM Binaan yang tergabung dalam Rumah BUMN Bank Mandiri.
Sejak dijalankan pada 2017, lanjut Rudi, Bank Mandiri sudah mendirikan 22 Rumah BUMN (RB) dan tersebar di berbagai kota di Indonesia.
Dari jumlah tersebut, total UMKM yang tergabung dalam RB Bank Mandiri mencapai 13.687 UMKM dengan jumlah tenaga kerja mencapai 42.000.
“Lewat program Rumah BUMN, Bank Mandiri secara aktif memberikan pelatihan serta pembinaan bagi pelaku UMKM. Salah satunya dengan memanfaatkan ekosistem digital seperti e-commerce dan sosial media untuk memperluas akses pasar serta daya saing UMKM lokal,” jelas Rudi.
Guna mendukung perkembangan pelaku UMKM, Bank Mandiri juga memperkokoh fungsi intermediasi perusahaan. Sampai April 2022, total kredit UMKM Bank Mandiri mencapai Rp 109,04 triliun atau tumbuh 16,2% secara year on year (YoY). Saat dilihat, berdasarkan sektor usahanya, ternyata sektor pertanian, perburuan dan sarana pertanian mencatat perbaikan. Demikian juga sektor lain, seperti perdagangan, restoran dan hotel, perindustrian, serta jasa.
“Bila dilihat secara sektoral, bisnis UMKM menunjukkan pertumbuhan yang konsisten. Kami optimistis, kondisi tersebut bakal terus berlanjut seiring meningkatnya daya beli masyarakat serta dukungan pemerintah dan regulator dalam menopang pertumbuhan UMKM,” katanya.(****)
