Berkat Bank Mantap, Mantan Bupati Madina Sukses Ciptakan Lapangan Kerja Melalui Usaha Ternak Ayam Potong
MEDAN – Ada pesan bagus, sebaiknya jadilah sebagai wirausaha dilakukan sejak usia muda, dengan alasan masih produktif. Namun, bukan berarti pensiunan tidak bisa melakukan hal serupa.
Itulah yang dibuktikan Dahlan Hasan Nasution, mantan Bupati Mandailing Natal (Madina) selama dua periode memerintah. Dahlan sukses mengelola usaha ternak ayam potong dan kafe, justru setelah dirinya pensiun.
Setelah usai mengabdi sebagai Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) selama 32 tahun, Dahlan langsung banting stir berkecimpung di usaha ternak ayam potong. Saat ini, jumlah ayam potong di peternakan pria berusia 64 tahun tersebut telah mencapai 14 ribu ekor. Demikian pula dengan Kafe dengan menu andalan kopi yang dikelola istrinya, kini menjadi salah satu tempat kumpul favorit anak muda Medan.
Dahlan mengakui, semua itu tidak datang dengan sendirinya. Semua itu berawal dari tekad kuat untuk tetap produktif meski sudah pensiun. Ia mendapat layanan prima dari Bank Mandiri Taspen (Bank Mantap) dalam mengelola keuangan usahanya. Begitu Dahlan resmi pensiun, hanya berselang dua hari, dana pensiunnya langsung dicairkan Bank Mantap. Bermodalkan dana pensiun tersebut, bapak empat anak ini merintis usahanya sebagai peternak ayam potong.
“Saya sangat bersyukur mendapat dukungan Bank Mantap. Karena hanya dalam dua hari, Alhamdulillah, duit pensiun saya bisa keluar,” ungkap Dahlan, ditemui di kafe miliknya yang berada di Kota Medan, Sabtu (25/6/2022).
Dahlan melanjutkan, dirinya mantap berwirausaha di masa pensiun, lantaran ingin terus bermanfaat untuk masyarakat. Sebab, dengan membuka usaha, berarti dia membuka lapangan kerja bagi orang banyak.
“Saya menghimbau bagi rekan-rekan yang menjadi ASN, PNS, bukalah mata, bukalah hati. Jangan uang pensiun ini digunakan hanya untuk makan dan biaya perobatan. Uang pensiun juga bisa dijadikan modal untuk buka banyak usaha, sehingga banyak orang yang akan tertolong,” tutur Dahlan.
Dahlan berharap, agar dukungan pembinaan dan permodalan dari Bank Mantap yang didapatnya bisa dinikmati para pensiunan lainnya. Sebab, tak sedikit pensiunan yang hidupnya kurang baik. Padahal, memiliki uang pensiun yang cukup untuk membuka usaha.
Distribution Head 1 Wilayah Sumatera Bank Mantap Tiara Mayasari memberi tanggapan atas permintaan Dahlan. Tiara menyatakan, akan berupaya optimal agar para pensiunan lainnya, bisa tetap produktif. Keberhasilan Dahlan dalam memulai usaha di kala pensiun, ungkap Tiara, bisa menjadi contoh bagi pensiunan lainnya.
“Para pensiunan bisa mencontoh Pak Dahlan, yang tetap produktif dan bermanfaat bagi banyak orang dengan membuka lapangan usaha. Padahal puluhan tahun beliau menghabiskan waktu sebagai abdi negara, rupanya tidak menghilangkan tekad dan kreatifitas beliau untuk membangun bisnis. Nyatanya, saat ini luar biasa sukses” ucap Tiara
Tiara menegaskan, komitmen Bank Mantap untuk terus membantu permodalan dan memberikan pendampingan usaha kepada nasabah pensiun lainnya agar bisa mengikuti kesuksesan Dahlan Hasan Nasution, sehingga ke depannya akan muncul nasabah-nasabah kreatif lainnya.
“Kami berkomitmen membantu dan mendampingi para pensiunan agar bisa mengikuti jejak Pak Dahlan. Ke depannya, saya menginginkan beliau menjadi inspirasi bagi pensiunan di Sumatera Utara,” kata Tiara.(****)
