Keindahan Alam Labuan Bajo dan Kuliner Tradisional Ditampilkan dalam Sherpa Meeting II G20
LABUAN BAJO – Labuan Bajo, destinasi wisata super prioritas yang berada di Manggarai Barat, Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) menyuguhkan keelokan alamnya yang luar biasa kepada delegasi negara dan organisasi internasional pada pertemuan Sherpa ke-2 G20, yang digelar pada 10-13 Juli 2022.
Di kota tujuan wisata di kawasan timur Indonesia ini, peserta pertemuan sherpa dapat menikmati keindahan alam yang tidak dapat ditemui di daerah lain termasuk menyaksikan Komodo, salah satu hewan langka dilindungi dan satu-satunya di dunia di habitat aslinya.
Pertemuan Sherpa kedua di Labuan Bajo ini diharapkan juga menjadi sambutan yang hangat kepada para delegasi dari Pemerintah Indonesia sebagai Presidensi G20. Melalui Presidensi G20 Indonesia tahun 2022 ini diharapkan dapat mengenalkan wisata dan potensi kuliner dan ekonomi Indonesia.
Tidak hanya keindahan alam yang luar biasa, pada Pertemuan Sherpa kedua di Labuan Bajo ini, delegasi akan disuguhi sajian kuliner lokal yang unik dan lezat pada culinary journey yang merupakan side event Sherpa 2 tersebut. Kuliner lokal yang disajikan kepada peserta pertemuan antara lain ikan asap, mie cakalang, tempe mendoan, soto banjar, bika ambon, jus pinang, dan roti kompyang. Roti kompyang adalah roti khas Labuan Bajo yang kini tengah digemari wisatawan.
Pertemuan Sherpa kedua yang dihadiri 39 Negara/Organisasi Internasional berlangsung selama 4 hari selain diisi oleh kegiatan rapat juga diselingi pertunjukan budaya atau cultural event dalam menyambut delegasi G20 yang hadir dengan tujuan mengangkat keanekaragaman budaya Indonesia kepada para delegasi Sherpa G20.
Selain itu, juga akan disuguhkan seni budaya dan musik tradisional khas Indonesia Timur yang sangat penuh dengan makna semangat juang dan kegembiraan. Penyelenggaraan pertemuan Sherpa kedua ini, Kementerian Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian menggandeng sejumlah lembaga termasuk pihak swasta sebagai mitra. Salah satunya adalah Yili Indonesia, produsen es krim Joyday, anak usaha dari Yili Group, produsen produk olahan susu terbesar se-Asia.
“Sebagai perusahaan global yang beroperasi di Indonesia kami ingin turut mendukung Pemerintah Indonesia sukses menjadi Presidensi G20. Ini adalah pertemuan yang sangat penting di dalam upaya memulihkan kondisi pasca pandemi sebagaimana tema yang diusung yaitu “Pulih Bersama, Pulih Lebih Kuat,” tutur Perwakilan Manajemen Yili Grup sekaligus Presiden Direktur Yili Indonesia Dairy, Yu Miao, Senin (11/7/2022).
Lebih lanjut, Yu Miao menjelaskan sebagai perusahaan yang membangun pabrik es krim terbesar di Indonesia, perseroan juga memiliki komitmen kuat untuk mendukung kuliner-kuliner lokal Indonesia untuk dikenal secara luas di dunia. Seperti diketahui Indonesia sangat kaya dengan khasanah kuliner lokal termasuk di Kawasan Indonesia Timur.
Es krim Joyday, es krim asli buatan anak negeri yang diproduksi oleh Yili Indonesia dapat dikreasikan dengan berbagai kuliner lokal untuk menghasilkan sajian khas nusantara yang istimewa. Terlebih es krim yang diproduksi di pabrik yang berlokasi di Jawa Barat ini memiliki 35 varian rasa dan kedepannya akan terus bertambah.
Dengan investasi jumbo sebesar Rp 2 triliun, Yili Indonesia diproyeksikan akan membuka lebih dari 5,000 lapangan pekerjaan baru secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Perseroan juga akan memperluas kerja sama dan berkomitmen untuk menggunakan bahan baku lokal dari seluruh distributor di Indonesia.
Rangkaian Pertemuan Sherpa
Pasca pertemuan Sherpa G20 kedua yang digelar di Labuan Bajo dan pertama digelar di Jakarta, Kementerian Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian selaku Kantor Sherpa G20 Indonesia akan melaksanakan dua kali lagi pertemuan tingkat Sherpa.
Rangkaian pertemuan Sherpa pada tahun ini rencananya akan dilanjutkan pada awal Oktober untuk pertemuan Sherpa ke-3 dan pertemuan Sherpa terakhir akan diselenggarakan awal November back-to-back dengan KTT G20 di Bali.
Presidensi G20 Indonesia sendiri dimulai pada 1 Desember 2021 dan berakhir pada 30 November 2022 di mana rangkaian pertemuan pada Presidensi G20 Indonesia terdiri dari KTT G20, pertemuan tingkat Menteri dan Gubernur Bank Sentral, pertemuan tingkat Sherpa, pertemuan tingkat Deputi, pertemuan tingkat Working Group, dan pertemuan tingkat Engagement Group.(****)
