Bank Muamalat Luncurkan Dua Layanan Digital pada Harpelnas 2023
BANDUNG – Bertepatan dengan Hari Pelanggan Nasional (Harpelnas) 2023, PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk meluncurkan dua layanan berbasis digital melalui Muamalat DIN. Yakni, digital customer care dan mobile cash. Acara peluncuran dua layanan tersebut dipusatkan di Bandung, Jawa Barat.
Adapun, tema Harpelnas yang diusung Bank Muamalat tahun 2023 ini adalah ‘Melayani Pelanggan di Era Digital’, di mana transformasi digital merupakan suatu keniscayaan yang menjadi perhatian Bank Muamalat agar semakin meningkatkan keterikatan nasabah dengan Bank Muamalat. Karena itu, layanan yang baru diperkenalkan tersebut sejalan dengan komitmen transformasi perusahaan yang ingin menyediakan layanan berbasis digital.
Direktur Utama Bank Muamalat Indra Falatehan mengatakan, kepuasan nasabah merupakan tujuan Bank Muamalat yang mendorong pihaknya untuk terus melakukan inovasi dalam memberikan layanan terbaik. Pengembangan layanan yang dilakukan memperhatikan prinsip fast, effective, effortless, dan efficient.
“Kami menyediakan layanan berbasis digital menuju seamless banking dengan dukungan smart operation dan kehandalan sistem untuk transaksi perbankan yang cepat dan mudah,” kata Indra, Senin (4/9/2023).
Indra menjelaskan, fitur digital customer care menjadi kanal alternatif pengaduan layanan konsumen yang sudah tersedia saat ini, yaitu melalui media SalaMuamalat Call Center dan Salma Official WhatsApp Bank Muamalat. Nasabah cukup mengakses button “Sampaikan Keluhan” di Mualamat DIN untuk menyampaikan pengaduan.
Sedangkan mobile cash merupakan fitur Tarik dan Setor Tunai melalui Muamalat DIN, di mana nasabah cukup menggunakan Muamalat DIN untuk tarik tunai dan setor tunai melalui Teller (in branch), tanpa harus membawa dokumen dan tanpa mengisi formulir (paperless). Adapun untuk fitur Tarik Tunai ini merupakan pengembangan dari fitur Tarik Tunai yang sebelumnya bisa dilakukan melalui merchant partner yaitu melalui kasir di gerai Indomaret.
Sebagai informasi, lebih dari 90% transaksi nasabah Bank Muamalat sudah beralih ke digital. Per 30 Juni 2023, total pengguna aplikasi Muamalat DIN tercatat sekitar 434 ribu. Angka ini meningkat 27% dibandingkan periode yang sama tahun lalu.
Pada akhir tahun 2023, pionir bank syariah di tanah air ini menargetkan jumlah pengguna Muamalat DIN mencapai lebih dari 670 ribu.(****)
