Selain itu, pada kesempatan yang sama AXA Mandiri juga berkomitmen meningkatkan inklusivitas, dengan menyediakan kursi roda di Customer Care Centre bagi nasabah yang membutuhkan. Program menarik lainnya adalah AXA Mandiri juga memberikan hadiah khusus di Hari Pelanggan Nasional berupa cashback dan voucher medical check-up bagi nasabah baru yang membeli polis Asuransi Mandiri Secure CritiCare, Asuransi Mandiri Elite Plan, Asuransi Mandiri Elite Plan Syariah dan Asuransi Mandiri Legacy Plan pada tanggal 4 September.
