PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk Gelar Emiten Forum, Retail Investor Makassar Happy

MAKASSAR – PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk kembali menggelar kegiatan jumpa investor dalam Emiten Forum. Kegiataan yang dilakukan oleh perseroan berkode emiten IPCM ini, sukses berkat kolaborasi dengan PT Mirae Asset Sekuritas Indonesia di Makassar.

Kegiatan tersebut mengusung tema “Membedah Potensi Sektor Jasa Transportasi Kapal bersama IPCM – Chapter Makassar.” Acara ini diselenggarakan untuk mengenalkan bisnis pemanduan dan penundaan kapal di pelabuhan serta membedah prospek kinerja Perseroan.

Hadir sebagai narasumber, antara lain Sekretaris Perusahaan IPCM Eddy Haristiani, Vice President Transformasi dan Pengembangan Bisnis IPCM Andisyah Kadir, dan Vice President Keuangan IPCM Angga Iriano.

Pada kesempatan tersebut, Eddy Haristiani, Sekretaris Perusahaan IPCM mengatakan, sebagai emiten penyedia jasa pemanduan dan penundaan kapal di bawah naungan PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Group, IPCM terus memperkuat dan akan memperluas bisnis ke depannya.

“Kami optimis menjadi perusahaan yang andal dan terpercaya di Indonesia dengan didukung Sarana Bantu dan Prasarana Pemanduan yang memadai dan memenuhi persyaratan standar dan sertifikasi sesuai dengan ketentuan regulasi,” kata Eddy, Selasa (5/9/2023).

Dalam kegiatan operasionalnya, IPCM memenuhi persyaratan standar dan sertifikasi sesuai ketentuan regulasi, sebagaimana diatur pada Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan RI Nomor PM 57 Tahun 2015, di mana pada perairan yang ditetapkan sebagai perairan wajib pandu, kapal berukuran tonase kotor paling rendah GT 500 (lima ratus Gross Tonnage) atau lebih wajib menggunakan pelayanan jasa pemanduan kapal.

Sesi berikutnya, Vice President Transformasi dan Pengembangan Bisnis IPCM Andisyah Kadir menjelaskan, di samping beroperasi di 11 Pelabuhan Pelindo di Regional 2 (sebagian Sumatera, Jawa Barat, dan Kalimantan Barat), IPCM yang memiliki kewenangan pelimpahan sendiri sebagai Badan Usaha Pelabuhan (BUP) juga beroperasi di wilayah lain. Seperti Pelabuhan Patimban (Subang), Tersus FSRU Jawa Satu, Tersus FSRU Jawa Barat (Kepulauan Seribu), Tersus Cemindo Gemilang (Bayah-Banten), Tersus, dan TUKS Kanci (Cirebon), STS Nipa (Batam), STS Ambang luar Sungai Musi, Tersus Petrochina (Jabung), Meulaboh (Aceh), dan Pelabuhan Weda (Kepulauan Halmahera).

“Dengan bergabungnya Pelindo seluruh Indonesia sejak tahun 2021, hal tersebut semakin membuka peluang operasional di luar wilayah Regional 2,” papar Andisyah.

Sedangkan Vice President Keuangan IPCM Angga Iriano memaparkan, kinerja perseroan terus menunjukkan tren pertumbuhan yang positif ini sangat berperan pada kinerja fundamental IPCM.

“Pada semester I tahun 2023, kondisi keuangan IPCM menunjukkan angka yang baik. Ii terlihat dari IPCM mampu membukukan laba komprehensif sebesar Rp 84 miliar atau naik 29,72% year-on-year (yoy) dari Rp 65 miliar pada periode yang sama tahun 2022,” papar Angga.

Angga meneruskan, pendapatan juga meningkat menjadi sebesar Rp 568 miliar atau naik 32,54% dari periode yang sama tahun sebelumnya sebesar Rp 428 miliar. Neraca keuangan kinerja IPCM juga menunjukkan kondisi yang sehat dengan peningkatan aset sekitar 10,76% yakni dari Rp 1,49 triliun menjadi Rp 1,65 triliun pada semester pertama 2023

“Di sisa tahun ini, tentunya kami berharap bisa mencapai target di atas pencapaian tahun lalu seiring upaya ekspansi wilayah operasional dan penambahan kapal yang terus dilakukan. Di sisi lain, kami juga berharap kondisi ekonomi dalam kondisi yang mendukung sehingga aspek bahan bakar yang menjadi salah satu yang berpengaruh besar pada proses bisnis dapat tetap terjaga,” kata Andisyah.

Pada akhir acara, Eddy juga menyampaikan kolaborasi forum para nasabah diharapkan bisa membuka wawasan serta meningkatkan awareness nasabah kepada IPCM.(****)
